SOT Korean Restaurant
We recently popped by SOT Korean restaurant in Inglewood (in the space once occupied by Without Papers Pizza) and had a dazzling culinary experience. Named for the Korean word for pot, SOT is a celebration of traditional flavours and modern execution. We loved the savoury bulgogi made with certified Alberta chuck, a dish rich in flavour and substance. The Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Supreme was excellent with crispy skin, moist chicken and an umami-bomb of mushrooms to make it interesting. You won’t want to miss the signature rice pots made to order with toppings like Salmon and Sweet Ginger Soy Sauce and Fried Tofu and Asian Chive. Mixed table-side, these rice pots are delicious and fun to share. We also loved the Earl Grey cheesecake with black sesame powder that married the flavours of East and West beautifully.
