2023 Holiday Sips and Slurps

Dive into the Sippin’ Santa pop-up at Ricardo’s Hideaway. Their fun drinks include Holiday on Ice with vodka, cold brew, condensed milk, ancho chili liqueur and cinnamon syrup. The namesake Sippin’ Santa cocktail highlights aged Demerara rum, amaro, lemon, orange and gingerbread spice mix. The pop-up is on from Nov. 16 – Dec. 31, 2023.
Proof’s Miracle on First Street pop-up is a festive spectacle on until Dec. 24. Drinks include the Christmas Cricket with Blanco tequila, vanilla liqueur, minty amaro, coco pandan, cream, mole bitters and dark chocolate. Buttered Rum is also on the menu as well as the Christmapolitan and Jingle Balls Nog.
Shelter Cocktail Bar & Speakeasy Lounge
Shelter’s Christmas pop-up is back and features some tasty holiday drinks. The Gingerbread Flip includes spiced rum, sotol, amaro del capo and bitters. The classic fave Banana Bread cocktail returns made with brown butter, pineapple rum, dry vermouth and black walnut.
Experience Christmas in Tinseltown at SunnyCider’s festive pop-up. Be sure to try the Candy Cane Cider, a mixture of apple cider with candy canes – perfect for Christmas.
Euphoria’s holiday menu will tantalize your taste buds. Savour the cassic Eggnog Latte with espresso, eggnog and cinnamon or transport yourself to the tropics with the Hawaiian X-mas Latte made with espresso, macadamia and cinnamon.
Monogram’s holiday drinks are a delight for coffee aficionados. The Eggnog Latte, made with D Dutchmen Dairy, is steamed and poured over your choice of espresso, maccha or hojicha, then topped with grated nutmeg. The Gingerbread Latte is topped with spiced ginger whipped cream promising warmth, and a sprinkle of festive magic.
