Esteemed visiting chefs Christine Sandford and Roger Letourneau will partner with Francine’s chef Garrett Martin to create a multi-course dinner showcasing a fresh take on French cuisine, blending pristine spring produce and sharp flavours with a seamless touch of global technique.
Christine and Roger, nationally celebrated chefs with countless accolades from their respective tenures at Biera and Bar Clementine in Edmonton, bring their extensive experience from Paris, Belgium, and most recently, French Catalonia.
Now, the two helm Vagabond Pop-Ups, a nomadic restaurant experience specializing in flavourful, produce-forward dishes, and Lessig Ferments, which focuses on innovative vinegars, hot sauces and preserves.
