The Tisto Factory is putting a colourful spin on a classic comfort food.
Known for their bright, creative pierogi like the cheese-packed Bumble Bee, this Calgary-based maker is serving up local, delicious flavour with a playful twist.

Anna Posikera and her family moved to Calgary from Ukraine in 2022 and shortly after that, she began making her beautiful — and delicious — pierogi for her new friends. One thing led to another and before long, she was in business. Her company, The Tisto Factory, makes a range of bright, creative pierogi, including the Bumble Bee, filled with Parmigiano, mozzarella, blue cheese and cheddar. Watch for more special releases throughout the year, Posikera and her family were working on some new spring creations, too.
