One of the best things about living where we do is how quickly we can be in the middle of nowhere. Snowshoers, skiers and ice climbers revel in the great outdoors that is our backyard. Some of us prefer a more luxurious (and warmer!) approach to winter. Fortunately, Azuridge Estate Hotel is just south of Calgary and feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We recently attended a private event at the hotel and were treated to a taste of the culinary offerings at this gorgeous Foothills retreat.
