Modern Steak Launches New Prime Rib Pop-Up Menu Featuring Benchmark Angus Beef
Modern Steak is excited to announce the launch of their new Prime Rib POP-UP menu. This limited-time menu showcases this exception cut of meat, sourced exclusively from their partner ranch Benchmark Angus and aged for a total of 28 days: 14 days dry-aged and another 14 days wet-aged. This meticulous aging process ensures that each cut is tender and bursting with flavor. The three-course Prime Rib menu offers guests a choice of appetizer, size of main, side dish and dessert. This exciting pop-up has limited quantities and is only available for the month of April.
What truly makes Modern Steak’s Prime Rib stand out is its unique cooking process. The entire rib is covered in a coarse salt and herb rub before being slow roasted to the perfect medium rare in their special Rationale ovens. This results in a juicy and flavorful prime rib that will leave you wanting more.
In addition to the mouth-watering prime rib, diners can also select from a variety of appetizers, side dishes and desserts to create their own personalized three-course meal.
The new Prime Rib menu will be available for a limited time, Thursday to Sunday, at both Modern Steak’s Calgary locations through all of April. Prices vary based on the size of the cut and the full menu can be viewed at www.modernsteak.ca.
