Doughnut, meet the flavours of Southern France. A Hoopla doughnut is a treat any time of year, but there’s something about the lemon-lavender that seems perfect for spring. Phil Robertson and Sebastian Sztabzyb from Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters started Hoopla in 2018 and they quickly found a following with their fresh homemade and original flavours. These days, they also offer some gluten-free and vegan options. (In fact, the lemon-lavender is suitable for vegans.) Best of all, you can get your Hoopla doughnut order delivered. Delivery is free in Calgary if you order a dozen or more.
