Modern Steak Food and Music Series Kicks off with Taylor Swift Paired Dinner
Modern Steak Stephen Avenue is launching a Food and Music dinner series that combines the greatest music from the top hit makers paired with a curated menu. The series kicks off with a Taylor Swift-themed dinner in conjunction with the release of Taylor Swift’s new album The Tortured Poets Department on April 20, 2024. Modern Steak will also have a Drake Chateuneuf-du-Pape wine dinner on May 25, 2024 and a Wagyu and WuTang dinner on June 15, 2024. All the dinners will include a four-course pre-set themed dinner menu paired with either cocktails or wines. The kickoff Taylor Swift evening will include “Blank Space” Bruschetta, “Style” Spicy Shrimp Skewer, “Love Story” Filet Mignon and “Wildest Dreams” Berry Cobbler. Cocktails include “Shake It Off” Spritzer, “Gorgeous” Grapefruit Margarita, “Tortured Poets” Old Fashioned and “Call It What You Want” Blackberry Bourbon Smash.
