Calgary’s pizza scene takes centre stage this October as local restaurants roll out limited-edition pies for YYC Pizza Fest.
Now in its 13th year, the citywide event combines creative pizza with community support, with a portion of proceeds going to Calgary Meals on Wheels.

Calgary’s cheesiest, sauciest festival is back! From October 2 – 18th, YYC Pizza Fest invites pizza lovers across the city to discover new slices, support small local businesses, and give back to the community—all in one bite.
Now in its 13th year, YYC Pizza Fest brings together restaurants from across the city to showcase their most creative and delicious pizzas. Each pie is crafted specially for the festival, giving Calgarians a chance to taste something new while voting for their favourites in categories like Best Overall, Best Crust and Most Innovative.
Best of all, every slice supports a good cause. A portion of proceeds from each pizza sold goes directly to Calgary Meals on Wheels, helping provide nutritious meals to neighbours in need. Since its start, YYC Pizza Fest has helped raise the funds needed to fuel this essential community service.
