Soffritto Oil and Vinegar Bar has opened its new flagship in Willow Park Village, bringing its full tasting bar to the neighbourhood.
The store features more than sixty oils and vinegars on tap along with a range of pastas, sauces and gourmet staples.

Soffritto opens new store in Willowpark Village
Calgary’s beloved culinary destination, Soffritto Oil & Vinegar Bar, is happy to announce the opening of its newest location in Willow Park Village (10816 Macleod Trail). The opening celebrates an exciting new store for this local, family-owned business known for its premium olive oils, balsamic vinegars and gourmet foods. The new Soffritto store offers customers a hands-on tasting experience, featuring over 60 rotating varieties of freshly imported extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars on tap, as well as artisanal pastas, sauces, spices, fresh sandwiches and gourmet gifts.
Soffritto opened their first store in 2010 on Canyon Meadows Drive and currently has two other locations. One is in The Calgary Farmers Market south and, since 2018, another is located in Mahogany (103 Mahogany Place SE). Forno di Fontaine, in The Calgary Farmers Market west, has been serving Neapolitan style pizza to rave reviews since 2022. The commercial kitchen opened in 2021 — Soffritto employs over thirty people, supports many community initiatives, and has the belief of working where you live and supporting those who support you.
