Pulcinella

Pulcinella recently welcomed master pizzaiolo Enzo Coccia for a lively celebration of food, tradition and friendship.

Guests gathered over plates of arancini, calamari, and classic Neapolitan pizza in a room full of energy and heart.

Pulcinella

Domenic Tudda and the team over at Pulcinella recently celebrated family and friends with the Ultimate Pizza Party featuring master pizzaiolo (and Tudda’s friend and mentor) Enzo Coccia. Famous for his dedication to tradition, his infectious joy for cooking, and his unwillingness to compromise on ingredients or technique, Coccia has been featured in The New York Times and The Washington Journal. And, of course, he was a standout on Stanley Tucci’s breakout hit series “Searching for Italy,” where the noted epicurean actor flatly declared, “In a city of pizza makers, his reputation towers over Naples like Vesuvius.”

We gorged on enormous arancini, spicy calamari, and a beautiful fresh caprese salad before tucking into the delicious Prosciutto e Rucola pizza. In a lively dining room filled with family and friends, Savour Calgary was so pleased to be included on the guest list. Grazie mille, Pulcinella!
