Bow & Bend Rooftop introduces Sunday brunch with live local Jazz music

Bow & Bend Rooftop is now offering brunch every Sunday, pairing locally-inspired dishes and stunning city views with smooth jazz music from local artists. Located on the top floor of the new Element by Westin Hotel on 4th Ave and 8th Street SW, Bow & Bend Rooftop has grown in popularity since opening this summer as the go-to spot for cocktails and dinner with an incredible rooftop patio and views of the Bow River. This fall, the bar and lounge launched a Sunday brunch available from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. every week, elevated by live jazz musicians.

The brunch menu itself is also part of the experience. The “Bow & Bend Brunch Board” is a standout: a shareable platter of brunch delights suitable for two or three guests, featuring double smoked bacon, sausage, eggs with chorizo sauce, focaccia, berries, yogurt and granola, house jam, local honey, Canadian cheese, crispy Alberta potatoes, chicken & waffles, deviled eggs, and two mini banana bread puddings.

Wherever possible, Chef Ashutosh Salunke crafts his menus using locally sourced ingredients, a commitment which shines through the brunch offerings, from Taber corn to Alberta potatoes, Canadian cheese, or honey from just outside Calgary.

Bow & Bend Rooftop has a spacious dining room, patio, and two private Riverwalk rooms. The design features large windows, with warm lighting and modern finishes, and was recently honoured with a prestigious Gold Award from the international MUSE Design Awards. The space also features stunning art pieces by Canadian artists Pascale Ouellet, Michelle Austen, Maggie Hall and Amy Dryer.

Bow & Bend Rooftop is open seven days a week, Sunday to Thursday 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., with brunch served Sundays from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
