Pasta La Feasta: Proudly Canada
The 7th annual culinary event features unique pasta dishes from 11 Calgary restaurants, with proceeds benefiting The Alex Community Food Centre and Community Kitchen
Pasta La Feasta returns for its seventh year with this year’s theme—Proudly Canada. During National Pasta Month, from October 1 to 31, eleven local restaurants will feature exclusive, limited-edition pasta dishes that represent Canada. $3 from every dish supports The Alex Community Food Centre and Community Kitchen. Over the years, Pasta La Feasta has raised over $35,000 for the cause.
This year’s theme focuses on the power that Canadian flavour profiles have in uniting everyone from sea to sea. Pasta La Feasta: Proudly Canada invites a group of Calgary’s most inventive chefs to create a brand new Canadian classic pasta dish. This is a chance to revisit the history of Canadian cuisine or to take a stroll into never before visited culinary territory.
