Burrata on the menu in Calgary
Burrata is a soft Italian cheese made from buffalo or cow’s milk mozzarella that’s been stretched and formed into a fresh, creamy ball. The outside is firmer and the inside filled with curds and cream ensuring a rich, smooth and luscious center. When cut open, the burrata will spill onto the plate, revealing it’s delicious insides, ready to be spread or scooped up. We enjoy it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a little fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt, spread onto toasted baguette slices.
