Modern Steak and Partners create fundraiser to support Jasper

Modern Steak Stephen Avenue is hosting a Jasper fire relief fundraiser on their rooftop on Saturday, August 10 from noon to 3:00 p.m. Modern Steak invites guests to support hospitality and tourism workers affected by the devastating Jasper fires.

“We are devastated about the fires in Jasper. It’s such a special place thanks to the iconic scenery and the people that live and work there. Hospitality workers are the heart of any tourist destination,” says Stephen Deere, owner of Modern Steak. “We know so many are impacted by this fire, and we want to do everything we can to help our fellow hospitality and tourism workers through this very difficult time.”

Guests will enjoy 10 different passed appetizers, a benchmark carving station, a sampling of six different wines, four different beers and two cocktails as well as music by DJ Kav. Modern Steak has partnered with Benchmark Angus, Bonvida Wines, Campari, Gordon Food Services, Molson, Fluid Imports, 90.3 Amp Radio and PARKER PR to create this very timely fundraiser.

The cost is $85 per person plus tax and gratuity and 100% of all ticket sales will go to hospitality and tourism workers in Jasper. Tickets can be purchased for this exclusive event through Modern Steak or call 403-244-3600.
