Sunnycider Cider House

SunnyCider House has a great solution to what many consider to be just a waste product. They would like to save your Calgary backyard fruit from an untimely death and out of the landfill. Check out their Fruit Donor program which allows you to donate your fruit to help them make great, local cider.

Drop your apples, crab apples, pears, berries, currants and cherries at SunnyCider on the following days:

  • Saturday August 31 from 12-4 pm
  • All Saturdays and Sundays in September 12-4 pm

Receive 20% off of any cider purchase in house or take away and 40% off any of their specialty bottles (a lot of these are made with Calgary fruit).

Unfortunately, they don’t have the means to come and pick your trees or bushes. If you aren’t able to find someone to pick for you, visit Calgary Urban Harvest.
