Bridgeland got just a little bit tastier this spring with the opening of Vancouver-based Hello Nori’s latest addition. Designed for the communal, sushi-bar experience, the bright, minimalistic dining room features a custom ceiling art piece celebrating the foothills and chinook winds of Alberta. The magic Hello Nori has found in Vancouver, and now Toronto and Calgary, lies in proprietary nori and sushi rice sourced from exclusive farmers in Japan, combined with exceptional attention to detail to ensure each hand roll is enjoyed to the fullest. We loved every roll we tried, but the Hokkaido scallop was certainly a stand-out. You’ll also find all of your favourite sushi and sashimi options. Hello Nori takes its sake seriously offering one of the city’s most extensive selections of the quintessential Japanese libation.
