Brunch is served at Thomson’s from 10am to 3pm on April 5th. This bountiful feast features eggs Benedict, carved AAA prime rib and Alberta turkey breast, along with sushi rolls and a decadent chocolate fountain. Be sure to stay for the Easter Bunny’s appearance and let the little ones enjoy the Sprog and Sprocket soft play place. $89 per person, $44 for kids 6-12, free for 5 and under.

The Wildest Brunch is happening on April 5th from 10am to 2pm. Located on the 27th floor of The Dorian Hotel, this a la carte brunch offers classic favourites made with seasonal ingredients. Reservations are highly recommended.

Heritage Park

Heritage Park is marking Easter with two events. Easter Tea runs April 3 to 5 with multiple seatings each day and a menu of finger sandwiches, pastries, scones and tea or lemonade. Easter Brunch takes place April 5 with six seatings and a menu that includes eggs Benedict, waffles, pancakes, fruit, a yogurt bar and smoked fish and seafood. Tickets start at $49.95 for adults, with reduced prices for children.

Pasu Farm

Pasu Farm hosts its annual Easter Sunday buffet and carvery on April 5 from 11:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. The spread includes carved beef, lamb and chicken, along with homemade soup and bread, salads, vegetables, cheese, pickles and a selection of desserts. $49.50 per adult, $22.50 for children under 10 and free for children under two. Reservations recommended.

Hotel Blackfoot

Green’s Restaurant in Hotel Blackfoot has Sunday brunch from 9:30am to 2pm. The buffet ranges from salads, dips, eggs Benedict and waffles to mains like roast turkey, pot roast, as well as poached, smoked and cured fish. They even have an omelet bar and a kids’ corner with mini pizzas and chicken fingers. $49 for adults, $44 for seniors (60+), $37 for youth 12 to 17, $22 for kids 6 to 11, free for kids under 6.

Celebrate Easter with a brunch buffet at Grey Eagle Casino on April 5th from 10am to noon. Italian Wedding soup, a variety of salads, breakfast with an omelet station and a cold station with fruit, crudités and charcuterie are on offer. They have a carving station with slow-roasted Alberta beef striploin and hot food like chicken, penne and potatoes. The kids will be happy with their own buffet of tater tots, chicken nuggets, corn dogs and jello. End on a sweet note at the dessert table. $42 for adults, $32 for seniors, $25 for kids 6 to 12, free for kids 5 and under.

Yellow Door Bistro

Easter Brunch at Yellow Door Bistro includes a buffet with an amazing lineup on April 5. Chilled seafood, a charcuterie board, soft scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages are just a few of the tasty offerings. Also included is a kale Caesar, roasted tomato bisque, as well as brisket mac and cheese, pancakes and roast striploin. $70 for adults, $25 for kids 5 to 12, free for kids 4 and under.

Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant

Gather for Easter brunch at Bow Valley Ranche in Fish Creek Park on April 5. Begin with a choice of starters which include mushroom toast, smoked salmon, or beet salad. Entrées include eggs Benedict, steak and eggs, braised short rib hash, crème brûlée French toast or shakshuka. $53 for adults.

Green’s Restaurant in Hotel Blackfoot has an impressive dinner buffet for Easter on April 5th  from 4pm to 6:30pm.  Their menu features shrimp cocktail and a selection of salads, as well as poached, smoked and cured fish. The mains include ham, pot roast, cod, and turkey with all the fixings. Breads, cakes and desserts as well as fresh juices, coffee and tea are included — $56 for adults, $49 for seniors, $42 for youths, $27 for kids 6 to 11, free for kids under 5.

Carriage House Hotel

There are four seatings for the Easter dinner at Carriage House Inn on April 4 and 5. First course gives you a choice of soup or spring and arugula mix salad. The second course includes prime rib, chicken supreme or pan seared arctic char. Opera cake rounds out the meal. For the little bunnies, their three-course meal includes crudites, chicken fingers, burgers and fries or chicken pasta, and for dessert, vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce.
