Like many of us, Ross turned her hand to sourdough during the pandemic. “I fell in love with it,” she says. And she could see potential — and art — in each crust and crumb.
A high-powered media sales executive for years, Ross credits her baking skills to her mom and grandmother, along with some artistic tricks picked up online. Each loaf is custom-made and takes at least 24 hours from start to finish.
